WPP has partnered with ISDI (Instituto Superior para el Desarrollo de Internet), one of the leading digital business schools in Spain, to launch a new learning programme.

Following a pilot in September 2021, 60 employees from across GroupM, Ogilvy, BCW, H&K, Sra. Rushmore, VMLY&R and Kantar have embarked on a virtual, three-month course designed to equip them with the latest martech skills and unlock their creative potential.

The course, delivered through a bespoke digital platform, will cover a 360° view of digital marketing, including branding, SEM and SEO and analytics. At the end, each participant will receive an official Digital Client Marketing Engagement certificate from ISDI.

Rodrigo Miranda, ISDI Managing Director, commented: “We’re very proud to join forces with such a relevant and respected partner and help further strengthen WPP’s position as the leading digital player in the market. As the accelerated shift towards digital continues, and becomes the natural setting for consumer interaction, we look forward to helping equip WPP teams with the cutting-edge digital and innovation capabilities needed to transform clients’ businesses.”

Jennifer Remling, Chief People Officer at WPP, said: “We know from listening to our people that their top priority is to grow their careers and deliver impactful work for our clients. To unlock the creative potential in every WPP employee we want to help them with the skills they need for the future. We’re excited to build our partnership with Spain’s leading digital business school, ISDI, as we continue to build better futures for our people and our clients.”

As a further extension of the partnership, the two organisations will work together to explore ways for ISDI alumni to start and/or continue their professional development at a WPP company.
