Wellbeing
At WPP, we understand that employee wellbeing is multifaceted, encompassing mental, physical, emotional and financial health. Our comprehensive wellbeing programmes are designed to support our employees, ensuring they thrive both personally and professionally.
Our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is available globally for our people and eligible family members to access free, confidential counselling and support. EAP also offers shared resources on topics such as managing stress, dealing with loss, and referrals to local financial or legal help.
We launched our Mental Health Allies programme to ensure our people feel safe, supported and healthy. Mental Health Allies are employees who volunteer for training in how to listen and guide others to key resources.
To recognise World Mental Health Day and other international mental health awareness moments, we curate global programmes of wellbeing events, mindfulness sessions and educational wellbeing resources.
If you work at WPP you can find details on how to access free and confidential counselling and support, physical and mental resources and other wellbeing news here.
Making Space
We believe that to be our most creative, reach our full potential and look after our wellbeing, we all need space. Space to breathe, to recharge, to reflect. And space to celebrate what we’ve achieved together.
That's why in 2021, we launched our Making Space programme. Now aligned with a number of our Employee Resource Groups (Women's Equity, Neurodiversity, Pride, Parents and Caregivers and Accessibility) Making Space offers our colleagues the opportunity to engage in workshops, inspirational discussions and community activities designed to connect us globally on these important topics.
