Deeplocal: Google Home Mini Golf

Hey Google, can you teach me how to putt?

Knowing that life at home is full of small obstacles, just like the classic game of miniature golf, Google and Deeplocal wanted to show how the Google Home Mini could help simplify everyday tasks and created mini golf pop-ups in New York, Chicago, L.A. and Atlanta.

The one-of-a-kind, experiential voice-activated mini golf course, enabled with Google Assistant, featured holes inspired by rooms in a typical home. Each hole on the course represented an obstacle in someone’s daily routine that Google could help overcome. Players could then use various voice commands to trigger the Home Mini.

The course showcased the power of Google Assistant to over 72,000 people across the four cities with every player receiving a pair of Google golf socks, while a number of lucky players won a Google Home Mini.
