The Board is collectively responsible for promoting the success of WPP by directing and supervising policy and strategy and is responsible to share owners for the company’s financial and operational performance and risk management.
Executive Committee
The Executive Committee of WPP is responsible for leading the company and implementing its strategy. Its members lead WPP’s largest operating companies and central corporate functions.
Country Leaders
WPP operates in major markets around the world. Our Country Leaders are responsible for connecting and strengthening the talent and resources of WPP's agencies in their local markets to deliver transformational growth for clients.
