Conditions of Attendance

I confirm that my participation in this event is compliant with my organisation’s policies including those on hospitality and gifting; and I understand that my conduct is expected to be and commit that it shall be professional, inclusive, supportive and with integrity and respect for others.

I acknowledge that in case of postponement or cancellation due to force majeure or any other reason outside of the control of WPP, WPP will not be responsible for any costs incurred by me in anticipation of or preparation for my participation in this event.

I understand that this event is being held under the Chatham House Rule to encourage open discussion and facilitate sharing of information and I agree to abide by this rule and understand that it means that “participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity not the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed”. I understand and acknowledge that I am not allowed to record sessions without express written permission from the presenter(s).

I hereby waive any claim or demand I may have against WPP for reliance on any information presented in connection with this event and release WPP from and against any and all liability for illness, reaction (including medical or health -related), damage or injury to any person or property that may arise from my participation in this event.

In order to ensure that everyone can enjoy this event, we take these Conditions of Attendance seriously. Any violation may result in appropriate action being taken, including a participant being asked to leave this event before the end and at the sole discretion of WPP.
