The power of collaboration

WPP campuses bring our agencies together in one inspiring, collaborative workspace. They are designed to encourage flexible and hybrid working, and to give clients access to the breadth and depth of WPP talent in one location.

By 2025 we will have:

75,000

of our people based at campuses

47

campuses globally

Embracing local heritage

Our campuses are developed to reflect and support the historical and cultural heritage of their locations. For example, the artistic traditions of the Rose Court Theatre in London, the industrial history of the San Cristoforo district in Milan, or the former First Republic palace of Bubenská in Prague.

Supporting our sustainability commitments

Our campuses play a critical role in delivering our commitment to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 84% by 2025. In 2023 we opened our new Manchester Campus with inclusive design and flexible workspaces that reflect our focus on mental wellbeing. The campus used recycled and reclaimed materials, from the café counters to the tiered seating in the auditorium, and is targeting a BREEAM rating of Excellent.

2025

100% campuses will run on electricity from renewable sources

18%

absolute reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions year-on-year and 76% since our 2019 baseline
