Sprite wanted to show Gen Z that they should not feel uncomfortable discussing taboo topics. To spread this message Santo launched You Are Not Alone, a series of Reddit forums where young people can express their feelings on issues that make them feel isolated. To get the conversation started, Santo asked influencers to share their own experiences to show others that they are not alone.
The campaign produced an 80% increase in positive sentiment around Sprite as a brand, a 20x uplift in consumer engagement, and a 300% increase in free media.
