Young & Rubicam Uruguay ranked 2nd in Great Place to Work survey

Uruguay — Young & Rubicam, the agency headed by Mr. Álvaro Moré, was chosen as the second best company to work for in Uruguay, as ranked in Great Place to Work, involving 52 companies. The ranking measures the work environment and is based on anonymous opinion surveys to employees.

The agency Young & Rubicam had received special mention in 2008, for joining the list of top 15 companies since it began its participation in the ranking three years ago. In the 2009 edition, after achieving the 2nd position in the ranking, Mr. Alvaro Moré highlighted the good working atmosphere that exists in the agency and emphasized that the starting point to achieve this is to hire the right people.

Young & Rubicam Uruguay was awarded with the Premio Nacional de Calidad (Quality National Award) and only a month ago, it was chosen the Best Agency in Uruguay in El Ojo de Iberoamérica and it was also the agency to receive more awards in Campana de Oro.
