Ogilvy Hong Kong steals the show at Kam Fan Awards

— Ogilvy & Mather Hong Kong (Ogilvy) was awarded 19 medals at the Kam Fan Awards held on 25 November at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Ogilvy took home the prestigious Integrated Kam Fan for their hugely successful KFC Fingerlickin’ Good Campaign as well as Client of the Year for KFC. The Young Kam Fan prizes were presented to rising Ogilvy stars Elaine Li and Kenie Kwok who have been awarded an all-expenses paid trip to next year’s Cannes Lions Awards. In addition, Ogilvy took home four Silver, three Bronze and nine Merit Medals from across the categories.
Organised by the Association of Accredited Advertising Agencies of Hong Kong (HK4A), the Kam Fan (“Golden Sail”) Awards is regarded as one of the largest advertising awards ceremonies in Asia, recognising the best works in the Hong Kong advertising industry.
Ogilvy’s Kam Fan success comes off the back of a stellar awards year Internationally as well as locally, taking home metal from LIAA, D&AD, The One Show, New York Festival Awards, Spikes, Adfest, Effies, as well as Overall Agency of the Year for the ninth time at the Marketing Agency of the Year Awards held earlier this year.
