Under the leadership of global CEO Donna Imperato and president of the Americas Jim Joseph, the firm has grown by 45% over the past couple of years, 25% organically – and was up 16.3% in North America last year. That’s even more impressive when you consider the extent to which it has outperformed most other big agencies.
