LONDON, UK — Geometry Global UK has announced the arrival of Juan José Posada as Chief Creative Officer. Juan José, formerly Geometry Global Executive Creative Director Latin America and Executive Creative Director Geometry Global Colombia, will relocate from Colombia and join CEO Sarah Todd and her leadership team in January 2016.

Award-winning Juan José completes the new generation leadership following the appointments of Andrew Bell [ex-Cheil] as Client Partnership Director and Martin Smith [ex-Cake/Arnold] as Chief Strategy Officer.

As Chief Creative Officer he becomes responsible for leading and inspiring the agency creativity across all clients including Heineken, Vodafone, GlaxoSmithKline, Coca-Cola, Philips, Emirates, Bacardi and Mondelez.

Juan José’s creative leadership and flair for effectiveness has been recognized at major award shows including Cannes’ International Festival of Creativity [in 10 different categories] including a Gold Design Lion in 2015 for “Priceless Traps” and One Show Gold Pencil 2015 for “Terribly Delicious” – both firsts for Colombia. His winning work includes Grand Prix at El Ojo de Iberoamérica, FIAP, El Sol de San Sebastian, El Dorado and Antigua festivals. He has landed trophies at D&AD, Clio, Wave, and FIAP.

About Juan José Posada
Juan launched his career as Graphic Designer at McCann-Erickson. He joined Sancho/BBDO and in 2005 was headhunted by Ogilvy & Mather as Art Director for Cola-Cola’s Latin Hub [across 32 countries]. Subsequently promoted to Head of Art and then Creative Director.

In 2011, Juan José was promoted to Executive Creative Director, OgilvyAction Latin America.
