HeathWallace adds Singapore office to global network to meet client demand

14 May, 2014

SINGAPORE — HeathWallace, the global user experience design company, is opening a new Singapore office due to growing client demand in Asia.

The network, which has offices in the UK, Hong Kong, Australia, US and the United Arab Emirates, will service existing global financial clients in Singapore, including ANZ, Standard Chartered Bank and DBS, and plans to develop new client relationships in the region.

The Singapore office’s management team is lead by Paul Davis, associate director of client engagement & strategy, and Kaisen Wang, senior user experience designer.

Paul Davis joins HeathWallace from the Singapore office of the global digital agency Possible, where he was senior manager in their program management division. Kaisen Wang was responsible for experience design for the digital channels at OCBC Bank in the region before joining HeathWallace last month to help lay the groundwork for the official opening of the Singapore office.

They will work alongside the HeathWallace Asia senior team based in Hong Kong, comprising Maria Sit, regional managing director, APAC, Sushmita Munshi, senior director client engagement & strategy, Asia, Boz Zou, head of UX design, Asia, and Calvin Yau, principal technology consultant, Asia.

The decision to establish a dedicated team in Singapore is a result of the agency’s commitment to grow with its clients in the region, which is a hub for many financial services companies and a gateway to prominent clients and brands in South East Asia.

The HeathWallace network creates user-centred digital experiences and solutions for global brands. The network, with clients including HSBC, ANZ, Manulife, Standard Chartered Bank, and DBS, specialises in financial services clients, and also serves telecommunications, government, public services and healthcare companies.

Maria Sit said: “We are launching our Singapore presence now as we are seeing a growing demand for deeper experience design skills in Asia to help companies transform by becoming more customer centric in a sustainable manner.

“HeathWallace is one of the few experience design companies in the
region with the depth of knowledge in financial services and user-centred design to help companies identify and realise the experiences they need to deliver across multiple channels and touch points.”
