Comic Relief appoints new partner for data management print and fulfilment

Comic Relief has appointed Marketing Services specialist HighCo MRM as its provider of Data Management, Print and Fulfilment services following a competitive industry tender.

The awarded contract will cover all elements of print management, direct mail, response handling, mail order fulfilment, data capture and despatch of kits to support the next four years covering Red Nose Day and Sport Relief campaigns. The next Red Nose Day takes place on Friday 13 March 2015.

HighCo MRM report that work is already underway for Red Nose Day 2015; with the first school mailing going out at the beginning of June 2014. The contract involves the stock management and despatch of up to two million promotional items in the run up to the event. This includes: fundraising kit make up & despatch, scheduled mailings to participating fundraisers (including school & nursery mailings), thank you certificates once donations are received and bulk stock despatches to corporate partners and event organisers. Other activity includes response management and datacapture, fulfilment of orders from the online shop and a portion of the product and print sourcing.

The selection of HighCo MRM is testament to the company’s innovation, ability to deliver added value services, proactive account management approach and ethos of working in partnership with clients.
