X-PRIME joins JWT Paris

JWT has acquired X-PRIME, a digital agency founded in 2002 with offices in Paris and Toulouse. Although it will keep its positioning as a pure play digital agency with its own identity and management, X-PRIME will join JWT to form an integrated offering.

Through this acquisition, JWT will gain additional digital expertise, in particular in website design, search marketing, social marketing and software programming. The two agencies have already been working together for several months, collaborating on projects for JWT clients. The acquisition will build on JWT Paris’ successful digital work, marked by achievements such as Wilkinson Sword ‘s Fight for Kisses and the Aids awareness viral “Sexy Fingers” which was awarded a Silver Cyber Lion at Cannes in 2012.

The employees of X -PRIME based in Paris will move to JWT’s office and work closely with the agency’s teams. Its employees in Toulouse will remain there, but will become part of the integrated offering.

François Garcia, co- founder of the X-PRIME, will become CEO. Sandrine Rollin, who joined X-PRIME in 2010 as Chief Financial Officer, will retain financial responsibilities and become COO of X -PRIME . Maxime Garrigues , who joined X-PRIME in 2009 as Associate Director will retain his role.
