Ogilvy appoints Maggie Blundell as Head of Integrated Media Production

Ogilvy & Mather Advertising has appointed Maggie Blundell as Head of Integrated Media Production. Maggie will oversee the Broadcast and content production department and report to Gerry Human, Chief Creative Officer. Maggie is tasked with giving direction and focus to the department, and will work closely with Gerry, Cheryl Giovannoni, CEO and newly appointed Rebecca Moody, Chief Strategy Officer. Maggie will take up her new role from November 1.

Prior to joining O&M, Maggie worked as Head of Broadcast at DDB London for 12 years, where she headed up a department producing commercials, short films and content across all media platforms, for clients including Volkswagen, Virgin Media, Unilever and Budweiser. During her tenure, DDB won more than 300 broadcast awards worldwide , and produced ground-breaking work such as the Parallel Lines film project for Philips, and the 2012 digital campaign for Golf 7, the biggest campaign in the history of Volkswagen advertising.
