Vipshop Holdings Limited selects Burson-Marsteller for financial media relations

BEIJING — Burson-Marsteller, a leading global public relations and communications firm, announced today that it has been selected by Vipshop Holdings Limited (NYSE: VIPS), China’s leading online discount retailer for brands, to work on its financial media relations. Burson-Marsteller’s U.S.-China Specialty Group will work directly with Vipshop to position the company with promising business feature as a leader in China’s booming e-commerce industry among the U.S. financial media. The account will be led by Managing Director Daisy King, head of Burson-Marsteller’s U.S.-China Specialty Group.

Vipshop offers high quality and popular branded products to consumers throughout China at discounted prices. Since 2008, Vipshop has rapidly built a sizeable and growing base of customers and brand partners in China.
