VML appoints Kimberly Easley as director of talent acquisition

Former Solomon Page Group executive joins VML

NEW YORK — VML today announced the appointment of Kimberly Easley as director of talent acquisition. Easley will be based in New York and support recruitment efforts across many disciplines, including creative, account management and social.

“Kimberly brings more than 10 years of experience hiring and managing talent at some of the industry’s most respected agencies and search firms. She’ll be a tremendous asset to bring the same caliber of talent to VML,” said Kristi Veitch, VML managing director of human resources.

“This appointment is a strategic move to support our talent needs as we grow globally. We’re excited to have Kimberly on board and look forward to her being part of the VML culture,” said Jon Cook, VML CEO and president.

Easley’s primary focus will be the U.S. market, supporting VML’s Kansas City, New York and Seattle offices. She will report to Veitch.

Before joining VML, Easley spent 11 years at recruitment firms in New York and most recently served as chief talent officer with the Solomon Page Group, where she specialized in the interactive talent acquisition for clients. Before that, she spent two years as vice president, director of creative services for Publicis Modem.
