Battle of the Agencies as WPP Joins Deloitte Games, Conceived and Designed by The Partners

Does your agency harbour dreams of sporting glory? Do you think you could take on your fellow WPP agencies and bring home the gold? Here’s your chance...The agencies of WPP are being called on to make their mark in this year’s Games, by pitting against each other as part of the world’s first ever fantasy Games.

The Deloitte Games, created and designed by WPP brand consultancy The Partners, is a unique virtual contest, bringing the competitive spirit of the Games to players all around the world – either by challenging other global teams, or vying for the top spot in their own leagues.

Through the interactive site, players can create their own team flag and contend in twelve of the main events – including cycling, aquatics, athletics and racket sports – using one of 205 nations to represent them for each event category. Whether you fancy your chances playing gymnastics with China, or judo with Great Britain – now you can with The Deloitte Games.

The Deloitte Games also features live insights, with a real-time analytics dashboard, and as the real Games progress, so do the fantasy teams earning points based on the medals won, adding an extra competitive edge to the activities.

After the Deloitte Games first went live, within 72 hours there were already over two thousand registered teams from every corner of the globe, so we can’t wait to see how the competition takes off during the real-life event.”
