Grey Group Singapore wins Sacoor Brothers

Agency lands European fashion label’s first ever advertising account in Asia

SINGAPORE — Grey Group Singapore has been named agency of record by Sacoor Brothers, a premium international lifestyle brand. The European apparel and accessories makers picked Grey Group as its creative and brand strategy partner following a four-way pitch that ended in March. The integrated communications agency has been tasked to establish Sacoor’s brand presence in Asia using Singapore as its launch pad. The creative mandate covers above-the-line, below-the-line, event management and media planning. The first campaign will be launched in June this year.

Founded in 1989, Sacoor has over 20 years of experience in the international fashion market where it has achieved strong brand recognition in the markets and with consumer segments. The brand has had celebrities such as Chris O’donnell, Paige Butcher, Rob Lowe, Jonathan Togo and Eva La Rue as its brand ambassadors for the last several seasons. As the official suit suppliers for F.C. Barcelona, Sacoor’s first boutique in Singapore opened in Raffles City, strategically located on the fringe of Singapore’s Central Business District.

“We chose Grey Group because of their knowledge and expertise in dealing with premium brands,” explained Moez Sacoor one of the Owner Directors of Sacoor Brothers. “Asia is definitely where we want to be and we needed a partner who knows the pulse of Asia. Grey Group proved that it had the market and consumer insights that we needed. It has the potential to become the perfect partnership,” added Mr Sacoor.
