The Food Group hires new creative & public relations directors

— The Food Group announced today the appointment of Adam Yellin as Interactive Creative Director, Carrie Nevaril as Creative Director and Carolyn Knott as PR Director to lead creative vision and brand development for the agency’s foodservice clients, including newly acquired Louisiana Seafood Promotion and Marketing Board and Perdue® foodservice division.
Adam is charged with overseeing all agency creative teams and vendor partners for digital projects. Adam’s past experience includes creative work for Olgivy & Mather, Young & Rubicam, Draft Worldwide and Digitas. Most recently as creative director at imc2, Yellin provided creative and technical direction for more than 14 brands, including Verizon, Hewlett Packard, Merrill Lynch, Comcast and Absolut Vodka.
Carrie, an award-winning creative director, will oversee creative teams on print projects and visual brand development. Her past work includes DraftFCB, ARC Worldwide, Wunderman and DDB Chicago on brands like Coke, Kraft, FRITO LAY, Marie Callendar's, NIVEA and Symantec.
Carolyn will work with clients and agency teams, providing strategic public relations and media relations planning and execution. Prior to joining the Food Group, Carolyn led public relations efforts for Owens Corning’s sustainability speaker bureau, Sargento Foods, Inc., American Pop Corn Company, McCain Foods, Keebler Foods and Bays English Muffin.
