Changes announced to TNS management line-up

— Kantar has today announced that Eric Salama will take on an additional role as CEO of TNS, effective immediately. He remains Chairman and CEO of Kantar, and there are no changes to the previously articulated Kantar strategy.
Current TNS CEO Pedro Ros will become Non-Executive Chairman, taking over from Jamie Hall who will transition out of the business as planned during the remainder of 2011. Ros will be focused on developing relationships with specific clients, partnerships with other Kantar and WPP companies and working with local management teams to ensure that capabilities are in place to deliver successfully for clients.
Salama said of TNS: “It is a great business that I am proud of. We deliver good work to many clients in many markets. The ingredients are all there and the potential is even greater - to deliver outstanding work consistently and to all clients. In the areas that TNS focuses on, our aim is to make the business a magnet for talent and a must-have partner for clients. I intend to help the business get there faster before eventually announcing a successor.
