Pankaj Jha to lead Millward Brown’s AMAP Innovations Unit

— Today, global market research agency, Millward Brown, announces the appointment of Pankaj Jha as director of Global Innovations based in its AMAP region.
Acknowledging the increased importance of BRIC and Next 11(N-11) countries, Millward Brown is building a new team based in these developing markets to bolster their Global Innovations capabilities.
The Global Innovations team leads the development of Millward Brown’s solutions to address the changing needs of its clients, and works closely with client teams around the world.
Pankaj will lead the new Innovations unit in AMAP (Africa, Middle East, Asia Pacific), working on initiatives designed to maximize the innovation impact in emerging markets.
The AMAP Innovations unit will lead on the development of mobile capabilities; an immediate key project will be to evaluate the use of mobile to create solutions that provide real time feedback to clients in a cost effective manner.

Pankaj moves into the newly-created role having headed up the Millward Brown Delhi office for the last two years, during which time he established Millward Brown’s Link business in India, helped build the Neuroscience Practice and launch Firefly Millward Brown, the agency’s new qualitative research practice.
