Bankwest renews digital strategy to support business services re-launch
Search marketing specialist, Outrider Australia, today announced a new client win with Bankwest. Outrider will support Bankwest’s Business Banking division as part of an integrated digital marketing strategy. Outrider was selected following a competitive pitch process.
Search is a key component of the strategy developed by Bankwest to support its Business Banking brand, which was re-launched in mid-2010. Outrider will provide organic search strategy, implementation and specialised content development services under the terms of the contract.
Bankwest’s investment in digital marketing is based on business customer research. The research highlighted the central role played by the Web and mobile as a channel for relationship management, customer communication and service.
