Kantar Video hires Sholien Houng-Babalis as Director, Client Service

Houng-Bablis to oversee Client Relations for the Kantar VideolyticsTM Online and Mobile Platform

Kantar Video, a division of WPP’s insight, information and consultancy network Kantar, today announced that Sholien Houng-Babalis will join the company’s management team in the role of Director, Client Service. In this position, Ms. Houng-Bablis will be responsible for client, publisher, and partner relations for the Kantar VideolyticsTM
online and mobile video syndication, tracking and optimization platform, which is scheduled for global, industry-wide rollout this Fall.
Ms. Houng-Bablis brings over 10 years of comprehensive, global experience with agencies, publishers and brands to Kantar Video. Most recently, Ms. Houng-Bablis served as Global Director-Digital Operations at Dynamic Logic, the digital unit of Millward Brown. In this role, she coordinated and optimized thousands of campaigns across various publisher sites and was responsible for implementing Dynamic Logic’s proprietary Veranda Platform with over 200 top publisher networks including NBC Universal, Condenet/Condenast, Turner Broadcasting, Discovery Network, Scripps Network, Meredith, MTV network, ESPN and Rodale. Prior to Dynamic Logic, Ms. Houng-Bablis held account management and operations positions with firms including Ogilvy & Mather and Foote, Cone, & Belding.
Houng-Bablis joins an executive team that has been hand-selected for their expertise in technology-enabled, marketing-driven digital media businesses. The team reports to Kantar Video CEO, William A. (“Bill”) Lederer, an established digital media and technology senior executive with extensive experience in video, internet, TV, mobile, advertising/marketing and information services.
