Hill & Knowlton bolsters Issues & Crisis expertise with new appointment

Hill & Knowlton (H&K) has strengthened its Issues & Crisis experience by appointing Duncan Gallagher as an Associate Director. The ex-head of corporate at Publicasity joins from Elliott People and will report to Tim Luckett, Lead Counsel, Issues & Crisis, EMEA.
Duncan will be providing senior strategic counsel across the agency sectors and brings 16 years experience of working on blue chip accounts such as Microsoft, Ford, Saab, and Henkel. At Elliott People, Duncan grew the fledgling PR division to become one of the leading agencies in the leisure, hospitality and tourism sector. Prior to this at Publicasity, he led the agency’s brand protection service providing issues and crisis consultancy, senior management and scenario planning. He handled the crisis response to the 2006 Securitas £53m robbery and crisis management for TOTAL UK and Ford Motorsport.
