OgilvyOne Hong Kong embarks on new leadership

27 August, 2009

Hong Kong — Ogilvy Hong Kong today announced the promotion of Kitty Wong, General Manager OgilvyOne Worldwide (Hong Kong) to the role of Managing Director, OgilvyOne Worldwide (Hong Kong), following the departure of Sean Rach.

Ms Wong joined OgilvyOne Hong Kong in 1999, where she helped develop customer retention
strategies and programs, and drove significant sales and customer loyalty campaigns for various clients. Her extensive experience in brand advertising and one-to-one communications has resulted in tremendous business opportunities for Ogilvy Hong Kong.

Ms Wong served as General Manager, OgilvyOne Hong Kong since 2006 where she was
responsible for the day-to-day operations of OgilvyOne and led several key clients. Her
understanding of the local marketing industry and one-to-one expertise made her an excellent
deputy to Mr Rach and the natural replacement as he leaves to pursue his own interests. Prior to joining OgilvyOne, Ms Wong was with Bates and Grey Advertising.

"Under her new leadership, Kitty will continue to create exciting opportunities and strengthen our business success. Her strong leadership qualities, complemented by her long marketing career in the advertising agency environment will help her to further the company’s ambitions for the future, taking OgilvyOne to the next level," said Royce Yuen, Chairman, Ogilvy Hong Kong.

Mr Rach, who has been working in the Ogilvy family for the past nine years, and Managing Director since 2005, will leave the company at the end of September. Under his exceptional leadership as Managing DirectorOgilvyOne Hong Kong has become Hong Kong’s largest and most awarded direct, digital and customer management marketing agency.

"Sean’s contribution to the group has been remarkable. He has helped to build a company that is best of its class. We sincerely thank Sean for everything he has done and wish him all the success in the future," added Mr Yuen.

Effective October 1, 2009, Ms Wong will report directly to Mr Yuen, Chairman, Ogilvy Hong Kong and Kent Wertime, President, OgilvyOne Asia.
