The Brand Union appoints Ismael Ibnoulouafi to CEO Singapore Hub

Ismael Ibnoulouafi, founder of The Brand Union (TBU) Paris subsidiary, has been promoted to the role of Chief Executive Officer for Singapore hub - the central operating office that oversees Indonesia and Malaysia. This dovetails with the previous appointments of Creative Director, Dave Holland, Senior Client Services Director, Graham Hitchmough and Associate Design Director, Sem Loh earlier in the year, completing the investments for The Brand Union Singapore office.
Ibnoulouafi’s arrival in Asia is consistent with the potential of this market and the fast-expanding operations where his extensive experience and leadership will help TBU to continue developing and reinforcing its footprint in the region.

In his recent role as Managing Director of The Brand Union Paris, Ibnoulouafi has directed numerous pan-European projects for clients in various sectors including D.I.Y., pharmaceuticals, maintenance, food, services and office. He has also participated or led many international projects including management and innovation for Group Bel, Pernod Ricard Group, Masterfood, Coca Cola, Remy Cointreau Group, L’oreal, Danone. Ismael joined The Brand Union (formerly Enterprise IG) eight years ago where he was the founding member of the Paris office.

Ibnoulouafi is a permanent member of ADC (French Design Agency Association). Prior to joining The Brand Union, he was with Pentagram in New York. Ibnoulouafi, who is also a pilot, started his working career as a Professional Sailing Skipper in Caribbean Sea, during which he crossed the Atlantic twice. NOTES FOR EDITORS
