GroupM China announces two senior promotions

Shanghai  – GroupM China is pleased to announce the promotion of Lisa Wei to Managing Partner of GroupM Trading, and Roger Li to Chief Talent Officer. Both promotions are effective immediately.

Lisa Wei has been head of GroupM Trading since 2005 and has played a key role in supporting GroupM media agencies in many new business wins. Under her charge, GroupM’s trading position in the China market has improved substantially in the last few years.

Roger Li joined GroupM in 2006 as National Human Resources Director, China. Under Roger’s leadership, talent management at GroupM has been strengthened considerably with stronger local HR teams set up in three cities to attract, develop and engage talent.
