Enfatico names Lisa Fabiano Chief Talent Officer
28 July, 2008
– Enfatico, WPP’s global marketing services firm being built from the ground up with Dell Inc. (NASDAQ: DELL) as its first client, today announced that Lisa Fabiano will assume the role of chief talent officer. She will be based in Enfatico’s New York headquarters.
Fabiano brings nearly twenty-five years of progressive experience in human resources, corporate strategy and operational management from global advertising and marketing firms. As chief talent officer she will lead the strategy for Enfatico’s global human resource operations, including talent acquisition and retention, training and professional development, performance management, and culture-building initiatives.
“A critical differentiator in the Enfatico strategy is the diversity and exceptional quality of our people,” said Torrence Boone, Enfatico’s chief executive officer. “Lisa’s deep experience, intuition and creativity will allow us to deliver on our commitment to hiring and cultivating the very best talent.”
Prior to joining Enfatico, Fabiano held several corporate strategy, general management and human resource roles. Most recently she was partner and managing director for Margeotes Fertitta Powell, a full-service integrated marketing communications agency, where she worked with world-class brands including Godiva, Perry Ellis and Nestle. Prior to that she enjoyed a 17-year career at Euro RSCG Worldwide in senior account management roles and ultimately as its Chief Talent Officer, helping become New York's fastest growing agency in the 1990s and later helping to develop the worldwide group into a top global agency network.
“It’s a privilege to be joining an organization with such an ambitious vision to redefine the client-agency relationship,” said Fabiano. “I look forward to working with such a dynamic group of people and I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to help Enfatico deliver incomparable results through its talent.”
Fabiano holds a B.S. in communications, with a concentration in advertising, from Boston University. Contact
