Syzygy acquires Unique Digital

Interactive agency Syzygy has today bought Unique Digital Marketing Ltd. (www.uniquedigital.co.uk) as part of its acquisitive growth strategy.
Unique was founded in 1999 and is one of UK’s leading online media agencies. Clients include Barclaycard, Avis Europe and Sainsbury’s and it specialises in search engine marketing, affiliate marketing and online advertising.
Syzygy has bought 100 per cent of the shares of Unique, which is headquartered in London, for an undisclosed sum. It joins German online media agency GFEH, which was acquired by Syzygy in December 2006, as part of the Syzygy Group. The acquisition is backdated to March 1, 2007.
