MPG and GroupM form a joint venture

MPG (HAVAS) and GroupM (WPP) announce the launch of 2MV, a joint venture media communications agency. 2MV has been established to develop the media business of two selected important brands.

2MV will operate in a number of markets in Europe, benefiting from the talent, resources, knowledge and scale of both shareholders. MPG will own the majority of the new company in all markets with GroupM owning a minority interest.

Yves Del Frate, currently Global Account Director at MPG, will be the CEO of the new network 2MV.
