Royal Court of Jersey approves WPP plc's reduction of capital

WPP plc (“New WPP”) announces that the New WPP Reduction of Capital has now been approved by the Royal Court of Jersey.
The New WPP Reduction of Capital has created distributable reserves of £4,143,148,627 for New WPP to support the payment of future dividends and share repurchases by New WPP in the medium to long term. Contacts
