WPP 2009 Preliminary Results

• Billings up almost 3% to £37.9 billion
• Revenue up over 16% to £8.7 billion
• Constant currency revenue up almost 5%
• Like-for-like revenue down over 8%

Faster Growing Markets Briefing

WPP held a meeting for investors and analysts on Friday 20 November 2009 at the Bank of America Merrill Lynch office in London. At the meeting, WPP presented an overview of progress in growing business in the faster growing markets of Asia, Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America.

No material new information was disclosed in the presentations and there was no update on current trading.
