WPP Ethics Training
We recognise the need for communication to ensure that everyone, irrespective of sector or geography, understands the ethical and business objectives in the Code of Conduct
. We have developed internet based training modules covering bribery and corruption and ethics. The objective is to give guidance in making the right decisions and acting properly.
Our ethics course strengthens our internal processes for assessing risks associated with client work. The course covers the key areas of our revised Code of Conduct using scenarios to help employees identify and respond appropriately to ethical issues, including those associated with client work. The course is mandatory for all employees.
Our anti-bribery training course was launched in 2010 as part of our continued activity in this area. It is available on our intranet and is mandatory for all employees. Additional face-to-face training is being rolled out to all senior managers.
