Kantar Operations is a specialist organisation within the Kantar group, whose role is to develop world class operational solutions for all of Kantar’s research businesses. We are responsible for optimising operational performance by establishing common global standards for core market research processes. We also develop best practice around areas such as sampling, respondent engagement and data collection via mobile and social media.
Kantar Operations is established in the UK, India and North America and employs over 1000 staff in these key markets.
Our global capabilities include: telephone and face-to-face interviewing; web survey design and hosting; mobile research, social media research, CAPI, CATI, & CAWI programming; consumer panel coordination; postal and self-completion surveys; sampling; production services; coding; data entry, fulfillment, data processing and a full range of operational processes.
