gkk DialogGroup GmbH (gkk) was founded in 1996 by the three managing directors Robert Gräßler, Harald Kling and Wolfgang Krug in Frankfurt/Main. Today, all three of them are still involved in managing the agency on a daily basis. Since 2007 Harald Kling has also been member of the Commarco Partnerboard.
gkk is a full service dialogue agency with its headquarter in Frankfurt am Main, has three other subsiduaries throughout Germany (Munich, Bremen and Hanover) and covers the entire range of dialogue marketing activities. The agency takes on an interdisciplinary approach with focus on high quality customer services and also has extensive expertise in auditing and consulting services (i.e. process- and workflow-optimization). Today, gkk carries out projects for clients like BMW AG, American Express, ING-DiBa, Techem, LOEWE and Blackberry among others.
Many of gkk's projects are already crossing national borders (mostly in the D-A-CH region). Therefore it becomes more important to offer the range of CRM-solutions and comprehensive CRM-portfolio all over the world. With the acquisition of Celsius International, gkk is now able to work with a team of CRM-specialists from different countries and cultures for a variety of customers in a multinational environment.
In addition to customer care and customer service-management (inbound and outbound), gkk offers creative services, offline services, database-management, IT- and software-solutions as well as state of the art online contact-solutions with the gkk Social Media Center, which focusses on the professional interaction between companies and customers.
