Celsius operates in a specialist niche, providing data and campaign management services in Europe- Middle East-Africa (EMEA) for large multinational corporations. We operate mostly in B2B markets and only handle multi-country programs, to the extent that if a prospect comes to us with a requirement only in one country, we will tell them we cannot help them. We are data and process-oriented and have no creative capabilities of any kind.
We provide database management and analytics, including creating, enhancing, maintaining and where appropriate hosting B2B multi-country databases. Analytics includes ‘dashboard’ based process and status reporting and insight, and predictive model development.
We also carry out campaign management, managing telemarketing, postal and e-mail contact strategy and selection, and fulfilment on our customers’ behalf. We have built an EMEA-wide team of independently-owned call centre partners, covering all the significant countries of the region and branded as ‘Team Celsius’.
We maintain and supply on subscription two ‘Market Model’ products. One provides a statistical analysis by business activity (US SIC) and employee size for all businesses in some 70 countries around the globe. It is used to measure market size, potential, and for selected customers, market penetration. The other is restricted to EMEA and provides basic details (activity, size, ownership, etc.) of every organisation with more than 500 employees.
