Applications for the 2017 Fellowship program are now open. The application deadline for this year is 12:00 noon GMT on Thursday 10th November.

We will begin reviewing all applications immediately after the deadline passes on 10 November. You should hear from us within about a week: we’ll either inform you that you have not been selected for the next stage of recruitment, or – in the case of around 200 candidates – that we would like you to respond to a further question, on video, to supplement your written application. If invited to send us a video, you’ll have four or five days to do so. Both the written and video submissions will then be reviewed, and we’ll send out invitations to interview by the first week of December.

Around 75 successful candidates will be invited for interviews, which will probably be held in London from 4 to 6 January, New York on 5 and 6 January and in Singapore and Sydney on 6 January. Telephone or video interviews will also be arranged for candidates in other locations between 4 and 6 January. From there, a maximum of 24 candidates will be invited to a two-day final selection in London on 8 and 9 February. We hope that a final decision can be communicated to all finalists by Monday 13 February.

WPP's unique annual Fellowships for graduates and MBAs aim to develop high-calibre management talent with experience across a range of marketing disciplines.

The program is unique in its multi-disciplinary approach and is designed to complement the recruitment activities of individual companies.

The Fellowship is comprised of three one-year rotations through our WPP companies, with each rotation chosen on the basis of the individual's interests and the Group's needs.

A senior executive mentor from WPP is assigned to provide overall career guidance.

On completion of the program, we work to find a position in the Group that takes advantage of the broad experience gained during the rotational program.
