There are over 1,600 missing persons cold cases in Australia. This campaign transformed the pre-roll (adverts played while a video loads) on YouTube into a missing person banner. Viewers were shown details of missing persons last seen in their local area. If they clicked “yes I have” they were taken to a site to submit more information.

Results:

1.2m people reached during Missing Persons Week, with 238 viewers providing new information on missing people.
