This includes free benefits such as advice workshops on everything from securing a mortgage or quitting smoking, to subsidised cancer screenings and beauty treatments. To keep staff inspired and foster creativity they are given £200 a year to spend on experiences such as theatre trips, dance lessons or cake making, and loyalty to the company is rewarded financially through reimbursements and additional paid holidays.
