About the Author

Jeremy Bullmore is one of the marketing industry's most respected (and plagiarised) thinkers.

His first job was as a trainee copywriter at JWT, becoming copywriter, producer, creative head, head of television and chairman.

He was a member of the JWT worldwide board, chairman of the Advertising Association, and Board member at WPP and the Guardian Media Group plc.
