WPP takes 20% stake in Italian digital and interactive agency OOT

WPP has taken a 20% stake in OOT, a leading Italian digital and interactive agency. Founded in 2000 by Rocco Benetton and Fulvio Ottoviano, OOT is based in Treviso and employs 10 people. Clients include Telecom Italia, Antoveneta Bank, TIM, Autogrill and Irca.


WPP acquires US-based interactive company, Schematic

WPP has acquired Schematic, one of the largest independent interactive agencies in the US. Based in Los Angeles, with offices in New York, Boston, Atlanta and San Jose, Costa Rica, Schematic will become part of WPP Digital and will work with a broad range of WPP businesses, in particular with GroupM, WPP's media investment management arm.
