Project Da Vinci lands permanent name and takes stake in ADPeople in Denmark

Project Da Vinci, the global marketing services firm being build with Dell Inc as its first client, has a new permanent name and identity: Enfatico.

Enfatico, the global marketing services firm designed specifically for Dell, has agreed to acquire a majority stake in ADPeople in Denmark. ADPeople has subsidiary operations in Denmark (SoftwarePeople) and in Bangladesh (Graphic People and SoftwarePeople Bangladesh) - together known as the ASG Group.


GroupM acquires 30% stake in 3 media companies in Vietnam

GroupM, WPP's full-service media investment management operation, has acquired, subject to regulatory approval, a 30% stake in 3 flagship media companies within Datviet VAC Group Holdings: DatvietVAC Media Corporation (VAC Media), a leading Vietnamese media investment management agency, Dong Tay Promotions Corporation ('DTP'), a leading promotions and content agency and TKL Corporation (TKL), a leading programming and media buying and planning operation.


WPP Digital acquires stake in Yield Software, Inc. in the US

WPP Digital has acquired a minority stake in Yield Software, Inc. ("Yield Software"), an innovative web-based technology suite for managing internet marketing. Yield Software is headquartered in San Mateo, California and secured US$6.0 million in Series B funding, with WPP investing US$1.8 million. WPP joins lead investor Draper Fisher Jurvetson and existing investor WashingtonVC.
