The move gives WPP further inroads into China as Leading Smart owns a controlling interest in the parent company of Moment Systems, a digital advertising measurement. ghg acquires Geoff Howe Marketing Communications, a US-based agency specialising in animal health ghg, WPP´s global healthcare communications network, has acquired Geoff Howe Marketing Communications, Inc, a US-based agency specialising in the marketing of animal health, diet and nutrition products. In addition, ghg will acquire the European client account of Hill´s Pet Nutrition, Inc and certain associated assets from Geoff Howe´s UK and Prague-based operations. Headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri, Geoff Howe employs 48 people in the US and has two European offices in London and Prague. Clients include Bayer Healthcare, Boehringer Ingelheim, Colgate-Palmolive and Hill´s Pet Nutrition. New OffersSTW Communications Group and Smollan Group form joint venture in Australia and New Zealand STW Communications Group, which carries out field marketing, mystery shopping and customer auditing activities in Australia and New Zealand, has formed a joint venture with Smollan Group. Burson-Marsteller launches Encoder in Australia Burson-Marsteller has launched a new standalone offering, Encoder Public Relations, to the Australian market.
